After graduating with a BSc degree in Computer Science, I have held a number of senior executive positions within major international companies such as:

* Dunlop Tyres

* Mercedes-Benz SA

* Hartwell Plc

In all of these positions I had responsibility for the recruitment, management and training of of thousands of employees, which qualifies me to talk with authority about the employment industry.

I am passionate about helping job-seekers to write effective resumes and thereby get invited to job interviews that result in them receiving excellent offers of employment. This was my motivation for establishing this web site.
